Mr. Fernando Rosario is an executive coach and the president and founder of Exeqpath, a leadership development company.  Additionally, he is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Raisal, a commercial lending company, and was a former executive within Accenture’s Technology, Financial Services, and Human Resources Talent Acquisition organization, managing the overall diversity recruiting efforts in North America. 

He has over 20 years of experience in large system integration, technology consulting and outsourcing projects, serving private sector clients in the financial services, products, and technology industries as well as internal Accenture talent acquisition programs that support the multiple human resources functions.  He has worked in the banking, capital markets, and lending sectors.  In addition, he has years of experience leading large-scale and complex program delivery with multiple technologies, ranging from mobile, online applications, high-volume transactions systems, and call centers.


Mr. Rosario has experience in a broad range of services in IT architecture solutions, software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, product incubation, and highly complex technology solutions and delivery.  He has worked with many of the global Fortune 500 companies on custom and packaged solutions.  In addition, he has managed multiple alliances for Accenture in the technology industry. 

Mr. Rosario has reached thousands of individuals over the years, providing coaching, mentoring, seminars, and custom programs to help develop the necessary soft-skills that entrepreneurs and corporations alike need.  Every year he visits dozens of universities, facilitates training programs and seminars, and provides coaching to individual executives, managers, students, and teams.  In addition, he assists in the development of new leadership programs and advices multiple professional organizations.


Mr. Rosario graduated from Purdue University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering.  He currently sits in the Board of Advisors for ConPRmetidos, a mentor and coach for Parallel18, and the E3 Consulting Advisory Board.  Previously Fernando has served in the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) Advisory Board, Anita Borg Partner Council, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Industrial Partnership Council (IPC), National Society of Hispanic MBA (NSHMBA) Corporate Executive Board (CEB), and the Casa Juan Bosco Advisory Board.  He was recognized in the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC) list of 100 Most Influential Hispanics in IT (two years in a row) and received the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) Presidents Award.


Following his passion and true love for helping individuals achieve their true potential in professional and personal mastery, Mr. Rosario has been obsessed over the last 10 years with learning as much as possible about human and organizational behavior.  As part of this journey he has become a certified executive and life coach by the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the John C. Maxwell team of coaches.  In addition, he is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and a social and emotional intelligence coach.  In 2012 he had an amazing opportunity to visit Guatemala with John C. Maxwell and team to teach leadership skills to over 20,000 individuals in a range of industries.


Mr. Rosario has had the chance to travel extensively to Spain, India, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Argentina, and many of the Caribbean Islands. He has a passion for sailing and extreme sports such as skydiving, a sport he has been practicing for years.
